Ros is Kak Ros's sister in law.. and she was leaving for Malaysia after a few months of holiday (<-- sheesh.. holiday tuuuu..  alangkah bestttt!!). She invited us for a pot luck lunch last Saturday. I juz brought some cream puff.. of which the guys finished em all! Faid (Kak Ros's son) was behaving more friendly on that day.. so bleh laa kaco2 dia!  Earlier I think he was in shock to see us all pretty pretty gals.. hahaha!! Anywayy I hope Ros have had a wonderful time over here. Wish to see her again in Msia some other time.

Happy Happy Birthday to dear Amy!! 
It started just after midnight on her big day when Rasadhi n Aisyah decided to come up with their creative 'art work'.. (see the 1st pic). I missed that part though.. went to bed b4 midnite. Anyway, in the morning I slipped in a 'strawberry' note under Amy's door to invite her for a bday dinner on the same evening. And after a whole busy day of lectures/meetings and stuff, we put our best dress on (they did, I didn't ) and headed to 'Thai Palace' - a Thai restaurant. Well.. I know it's no biggie for us Malaysians but it was Amy's choice. She's the boss!
Amy ordered a seafood dish (Talapia fish! Can u believe it..?? Must have been in the 13 hours flight to be flewn here in the UK?!) to go with egg noodles. I had a lot of rice with green curry.. Aisyah and Rasadhi had Thai style fried rice with king prawns, Anis only had a bowl of Tom Yam coz she's eaten b4 that in her workplace, and Azizah had a plate of Thai noodles. It was a lovely (and v quiet) night with only us being in the restaurant at the time. But I think Amy did enjoy her meal though she's not used to eat fish with bones attached to it! Only Malaysians do.. hehehh!! Oh oh.. Amy received a free bowl of nicely decorated yoghurt ice-cream too as a special treat from the restaurant staff for her bday!! 
p/s - I had to upload food photos 1st coz they're so irresistable!

I have truly enjoyed this short entertainment night - I think the committee worked well together and the outcome was a blast! Long, Peter, Daniel & Zul were very sporting to perform the zapin dance, I loved it. As hard as it is for me to believe, I actually won the 1st lucky draw! That makes my 2nd lucky draw prize for this academic year - hurrahh! I never believed in lucky draw but things changed this year.. Enjoy the pics!

My fun fun funnn dayz with him in Bristol..!! He came aaaaaaall over from Malaysia to visit me here after 13 months of separation (yeahh I did go crazy at times in case any of u wondered..) by the wide ocean What more can I sayyy?!! It was all worth it & I hope he had enjoyed it as much as I did! And again, Happy Belated Birthday to my Bee..! Someone on the other side of the world is definitely missing you like crazy    There's no other more comforting place to be than by his side.. TQ beary much Baby!!!
